Abstract
ABSTRACT
PT Pertamina Fuel Terminal Meulaboh is a unit of Pertamina company which is engaged in supply and distribution functions. In carrying out operational processes, companies often experience risks, precisely in the Receiving & Storage section. aims to analyze operational risk in the Receiving & Storage section using the FMEA method and then formulate an improvement strategy. Receiving & storage operational risks that occur are 10 risks. The risk that becomes the main obstacle based on the RPN is that the quality of the standard system of storage tank infrastructure decreases with a value of 0.601. As a result of the risk, the main obstacle in receiving & storage operations is that the quality and quantity of storage cargo decreases. The proposed strategy that can be carried out by the company is to carry out maintenance of infrastructure regularly according to the applicable SOP.
