Abstract
This study aims to determine what factors influence the performance of employees at the office
of the regent/setdakab of Aceh Barat. The progress and development of the office of the
regent/setdakab of Aceh Barat is determined by the ability of the agency in carrying out its duties
and functions in accordance with the vision, mission and goals of the organization. In that case,
the office of the regent/setdakab of Aceh Barat in managing its duties and functions requires the
ability to utilize all resources. One of the important elements of resources is human resources
(HR). from this fact, the office of the regent/setdakab of west aceh must pay attention to how to
improve employee performance. In conducting this research the researcher used quantitative
methods. population of 103 people with accidental sampling method. The linear regression
analysis tool uses multiples. The F test can be concluded that the discipline factor, work
environment, coordination and welfare have a significant effect on the performance of the
regent/setdakab office employees of Aceh Barat. on performance. While the Discipline Factor
partially in this study did not significantly affect the performance of the regent's office/setdakab
in Aceh Barat.
