Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work engagement on turnover intention which is moderated by social
support at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Medan. To determine the effect of job embeddedness on turnover
intention moderated by social support at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Medan. The total population in this study
amounted to 114 people and 114 samples were used using the saturated sampling method, namely the sample
which also represented the total population. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA.
The results showed that work engagement had no effect on turnover intention at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk,
Medan. Job embeddedness has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Fast Food Indonesia
Tbk, Medan. The results showed that social support moderated work engagement had a significant effect on
turnover intention at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Medan. Social support moderates job embeddedness on
turnover intention at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Medan.
